Somatic, trauma-sensitive accompaniment
Process support through life transitions
Women’s health
Here.
In this practice, space is given to individual processes
and to noticing what is showing itself in the body.
At the center is a gentle coming to know one’s own rhythm
and a growing trust in the language of the body.
People are accompanied during times of change, uncertainty,
inner restlessness, or life transitions.
The work supports feeling safer in one’s body,
gaining clarity, and walking one’s path more consciously.
Healing is understood here as coming into contact
with what is present — including fears, questions,
and processes of change —
and arriving step by step in a living, supported body.
How the work unfolds
Support begins with arriving in the body —
with sensing, feeling, and listening.
What is present is given time and attention.
The work may include touch, dialogue, and stillness.
It may include body-based approaches that support
regulation, release, and remembering.
Somatic, trauma-sensitive accompaniment provides grounding
and offers orientation in shifting experience.
Plant wisdom may be part of the process.
Rituals can mark transitions,
offering anchoring and support for transformation and reorganization.
Sessions follow your individual rhythm.
The focus is on taking embodied steps,
integrating experience,
and finding solid ground within the body.
When life is in transition…
This work is for people who sense their experience
is woven into larger rhythms of transformation and movement —
that healing doesn’t happen in a straight line,
but in cycles, transitions, and phases.
It is for times when something is loosening,
reordering, or has not yet taken shape.
When familiar ways no longer support,
and the body begins to respond in its own ways —
through sensations, reactions, or inner states
that are calling to be listened to.
This accompaniment is for people
who perceive that the body holds memory;
that experience, conditioning, and early wounds
live on in the body’s responses.
Patterns that once offered protection
may now limit vitality, openness, or freedom of movement.
Here, there is space to meet these histories
without judgment, and to invite new ways of sensing,
regulating, and relating to experience.
This practice resonates especially
with women in times of cyclical change,
reorientation, and life transition —
yet it is open to anyone
whose process is calling for embodied attention.
This is a space to meet these processes with care —
trauma-sensitive, at your own pace, and in respect of your individual rhythm.
Transitions may be consciously acknowledged and tended,
so that what is coming forward is not forced,
but embodied and integrated from within.
This accompaniment invites recognition of cycles,
honoring of endings,
and the taking of steps into new phases of life
with presence and clarity.
There is a particular focus on women
in cyclical, embodied, and biographical transitions —
yet it is open to anyone
who is willing to engage in a conscious, body-based, and living process.
about me
My name is Alicia Kreutzmann, and my work arises from a deep resonance with the body, rhythm, and the intelligence of lived experience.
I was called into this work by a yearning for something tangible and profound — a way of engaging with life that is rooted in presence and felt truth, not just thought. This led me first into training as a Heilpraktikerin, and from there into practices that honor embodiment, cycle, and transformation.
I am a Hawaiian bodyworker, trained to work directly with touch and presence; a phytotherapist, with reverence for the subtle language of plants; and a Somatic Experiencing practitioner (in training), committed to working with the nervous system in ways that invite regulation and connection.
Alongside this, I bring experiences as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, a musician, and a counsellor in Karam Kriya (applied numerology) — each of which informs my capacity to listen, to attune, and to accompany others in states of emergence and change.
Over time I came to understand that life experience doesn’t live only in the mind but in the body and nervous system — shaping tension, response, and pattern long after the original moment. Unprocessed experience can create holding patterns that limit flow and presence. Through slowing down with compassionate attention, it becomes possible to meet what is present, integrate what has been held, and discover new possibilities for presence, responsibility, and lightness.
Touch, stillness, and presence invite access to what words cannot reach. Plant wisdom brings its own intelligence into the process — a language of support that remains subtle unless listened to. Healing, to me, is not a destination; it is the ongoing practice of arriving here, in the living body, with awareness and openness.
In my work, everything that is present may be seen and held with a blend of compassion and clarity. There is no bypass, no quick fix — only attentive presence with what wants recognition, so that aliveness can become a path to deeper integrity, ease, and responsibility in life.
I am based in Göttingen and I continue to deepen my understanding and engagement with somatic, cyclical, and embodied approaches to healing and presence.

Orientation Session
You are welcome to begin with a 60-minute orientation session, as a first steps to work with me.
