Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is known as the Yoga of Awareness.
It is a sacred technology in which posture (asana), breath (pranayama), sound (mantra), and inner focus are interwoven into precise kriyas. Each kriya is like an alchemical map — designed to circulate energy, balance the nervous system, and awaken subtle layers of perception.
Kundalini Yoga is a way of softening into presence. Each breath, each movement, each mantra invites us to listen more deeply, to inhabit the body as a temple, and to awaken the current of vitality that already flows within us.
In this way, practice becomes remembrance: awareness rising naturally, clarity unfolding, the hidden radiance of being revealing itself. Kundalini Yoga teaches us to experience ourselves as resonance — living light, vibrating through the body, silent and luminous all at once.
Naad Yoga, the yoga of sound, is an essential aspect of Kundalini Yoga.
Creation itself is woven of waves — and so are we. Through mantra meditation we attune to this vibration, letting sound move through us until the boundaries of self begin to soften. When we chant, we enter the primordial state of being, where resonance and silence meet, and we experience ourselves as part of the living fabric of creation.

There are many ways to step into this field — to gather in presence, to tune in from afar, or to immerse more deeply in retreat.
Whether through the quiet rhythm of a weekly class online, the living resonance of a circle in Witzenhausen, or the threshold days of the New Year retreat, each space is an entry into the same stream: breath, movement, mantra, and the remembrance of who we are.
Online Kundalini Yoga & Mantra Meditation – Mondays 6:00–7:30 pm
Even at a distance, we can step into the same current of practice. In these online classes we move through kriyas of Kundalini Yoga — breath, posture, rhythm — to awaken presence and aliveness in the body. Each evening culminates in mantra meditation, where sound carries us beyond thought into resonance and stillness. You are welcome to join from the space of your own home, and yet be carried by the shared field of practice and sound.

Kundalini Yoga & Mantra Meditation – In Presence
Wednesdays, 6:00–7:30 pm | Praxis am Unipark, Witzenhausen
To meet in presence is to practice in a way that cannot be replaced.
Through Kundalini Yoga we work directly with body, breath, and focus: kriyas that strengthen the nervous system, open energy flow, and bring us fully here. This is not about performance, but about experiencing aliveness in the body and clarity of mind.
Each class ends in mantra meditation. When we chant together, sound itself becomes the teacher — carrying us into stillness, into a state where thought quiets and we can feel the depth of our own awareness.
