“Where breath meets attention, healing begins.”

Hawaiian bodywork- lomi lomi

Hawaiian Bodywork, is a practice rooted in deep presence, flow, and connection to the body’s own intelligence. It honors the way the nervous system, breath, and subtle sensation hold both tension and ease, and invites a gentle return to coherence and centered awareness. The approach is grounded in simplicity and clarity — working with open attention, respectful touch, and attentive listening — so that each session supports what is arising in the body and system. Profound healing unfolds through embodied rhythm, responsive touch, and an attunement to what wants to be felt and freed in each moment.

What is Hawaiian Bodywork and how does it feel?

A dance of touch, presence, and deep inner surrender

the work

Hawaiian Bodywork is a holistic, full-body oil massage that unfolds like a dance across the landscape of the body. Long, flowing strokes move with intention and attunement, guiding sensation and opening the field of experience moment by moment.

The work is traditionally used as a rite of passage, a body-centered support in times of inner and outer change, during life transitions, and when meaningful decisions are calling you forward. In ceremonial lineages, this form of touch has been practiced to mark thresholds, support transformation, and honor the process of renewal that comes with crossing from one phase of life into another.

This is an invitation to surrender deeply - in profound receptivity to what is alive in the body right now. It is an embodied initiation into falling inward, into the felt truth of your own inner terrain.

The rhythm of the work meets the nervous system where it is, offering space for held tension to soften, for sensation to unfold, and for the body–mind to find coherence.

This is body-temple work:
a respectful, attentive immersion into felt presence,
a ritual of cleansing, clearing, opening, and renewal,
and a support for deeper embodiment and aliveness when navigating transformation and life thresholds.

what to expect:

Each session begins with a conversation to clarify intention, where you and I attune to what is present for you. This initial exchange sets the tone and guides the flow of the session with awareness and depth.

The bodywork itself moves across the front and back of the body in long, flowing, full-body strokes that invite you to drop into your body. These movements are paced with space and presence so that your nervous system can slowly open, sense, and integrate rather than be overwhelmed.

1.5 hours: an immersive experience with space and flow

2 hours: deeper unfolding and integration

3 hours: Lomi Ritual- extended embodiment, allowing profound presence, initiation, and renewal

After the bodywork closes, there is time for integration and grounding, giving your system room to absorb and settle what has arisen, and to orient gently back into everyday space.

This is not just a technique — it is a lived, somatic journey that invites your whole system to feel itself alive, awake, and open to presence.
