Cycle Time
Hormone Wisdom, Plant Allies & Feminine Magic
Within us weaves an ancient rhythm –
a river of becoming, blossoming, releasing, and renewal.
The same force that moves the moon moves through us.
When we become still, we can feel it –
in our breath, in our blood, in the language of our hormones.
Cycle Time is an invitation to consciously live this inner rhythm once again.
We dive into the wisdom of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone —
understanding how they shape our cycles, our energy, and our emotions,
and how, with the support of healing plants –
lady’s mantle, chaste tree, yarrow, and red clover –
we can harmonize and nourish these subtle tides.
Over the course of the afternoon, we weave together hormone knowledge, plant wisdom, and intuitive practice —
listening to how the inner seasons – spring, summer, autumn, and winter –
reveal themselves in our bodies and emotions.
A space arises where the physical and the soulful
are not separate, but one.
Many women today feel they have fallen out of this natural order –
caught between demands, stress, and the loss of inner rhythm.
When we begin to understand what moves within us,
we can find balance again – not through control,
but through awareness, devotion, and knowledge.
Cycle Time unites naturopathic depth with feminine mysticism,
scientific understanding with lived experience.
A circle for remembering, learning, and listening –
and for coming home to your own cyclical nature.
